At Hilltop Pickling, we believe the best things in life are rooted in tradition — with just the right twist. With over 30 years of experience in the raw commodity business, we understand the meaning of hard work, commitment, and creating something truly worthwhile.
In 2019, a simple idea took root: to bring back an old family recipe — with a healthier, more modern touch. Our goal was to offer products that deliver bold, satisfying flavor while supporting better food choices — and to do it with integrity.
By 2020, we had transformed our garage into a fully licensed commercial kitchen, and our journey officially began. Launching during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic was no easy feat, but perseverance, passion, and a belief in our products carried us through.
A key part of what sets us apart? It all starts with glass. We firmly believe that using glass packaging isn’t just about presentation — it’s about preserving the integrity and flavor of every single product we make. Glass keeps our pickled eggs and asparagus crisp, clean, and exactly the way they were meant to taste.
Today, you can find Hilltop Pickling products in grocery stores, meat lockers, convenience stores, and bars across five Midwest states. From our humble beginnings to shelves across the region, we’re proud to offer a product that’s as honest and flavorful as the people who enjoy it.
